   Yeah, its partially an issue with the criminal but its also a model how todays cybersociety is all too trusting with their confidence cards and asking where to sign without the simplest of caution

   largest cyber criminal is paypal themselves.

   a. freezing financial statement for 6 months. even after being verfied every which way and back.

   b. holding long time verified sellers funds for long periods of time.

   c. so called glitches that hold common funds past time, missing money.

   *those 3 tab for 10′s of million in profit a month from interest.

   d. paypal decides all matters with the paypal bank debit card and refuses the customer contact with the issuer.

   the list goes on and on and on…
